I think that quote explains nicely why I keep coming up with ideas. But it’s when doing the dishes, cleaning the house, gardening . . . and all those other things I do with an empty head. And invariably I forget the damn ideas before I can sit down with a pencil and paper!
I dream some of my best ones. But in those dreams, I promise you I am never washing the ******* dishes.
There, for some reason, you do not surprise me!
Agatha didn’t have a dishwasher-no wonder she was so prolilfic.
