No, she doesn’t. She reminds me of nobody.
The simple fact is that it’s awfully easy to have a dislike of someone for no reason. There’s just something over-perky and awfully in your face about Ms McC, I think, and that could certainly point towards it. I have a dreadful dislike of Cheryl Cole, but I think that’s understandable.

I’m afraid Barbara Nadel’s work has the same effect on me, despite having lived in Istanbul for a total of over 8 years. On the other hand I highly recommend the relatively recent ‘Istanbul Passage’ by Joseph Kanon (author of ‘The Good German’).
Happily the title has no connection with the Amazon reviews of a hair removal product mentioned elsewhere in this blog!
