Hi Norah. Thanks for joining the Capaldi supporters’ club. My problem is now that he’s too old to play Skinner in a series. Needs a younger guy who can stay with it for a while. Needs Idris Elba.

    Don’t want to be racist, but that’s not how a picture him. Not sure who I would favour — more a sort of George Clooney type. But now Bob has revealed himself on Facebook Idris has to be out of the frame, although I strongly suspect the guy in the picture may be a lttle too old in the tooth now!!

      We’re talking about a dramatic portrayal. Nowt to do with the guy in the picture. I’d want the best telly actor around for the part, and that is Idris.

    What about Gerard Butler? Tall enough, played leaders in various forms, has the physical attributes and dare I say it, has a law degree from Glasgow Uni just like Big Bob!

      He’s a film actor, not telly. Also IMHO a bit of a wooden Indian. ‘This is Sparta!’ FFS!
