How true is that!!!
Took me so many years to conquer the “You’re kidding yourself on” syndrome.
Problem I now have, is that my main job is suffering cos I can’t focus, due to ideas for my novel popping into my head at the most inopportune moments.
Think I’m developing a split personality.
Any ideas for a cure? As I can’t afford to give up the day job.
There is no cure, only self-discipline. Next time you take a holiday, be prepared to use it to get started.
I’m the world’s best undisciplined writer.
The journey has already given me greater rewards than I thought possible, to expect more would be greedy, but, you know, a wannabe can dream. The most important thing for me is that I love books and appreciate the diversity of creative minds more and more with each passing day.
