So it was a combination of an accident and a bungled cover-up, Emily lives happy-ish ever after and poor old Tony pays for his undetected crime by going mad, growing a beard and stalking children all around Moscow, looking for (and finding?) lost Ollie.
Disappointing? Maybe just a little, but let’s see where series 2 takes us.

I was so not impressed by the ending, we stuck with it after really wanting to give in at number 5….so Roumanian got rid of the kid? Tony in Russia…drawing in ice of same drawing….Hotel owner sober, how come he has his usual in local bar plus a bottle and his wife does not smell it on his breath??? A simple dna on the child in Russia would be proof that this is the missing Ollie….he did seem to recognise the drawing…but his father with a beard after x number of years??? I will take a bit of persuading to watch series 2.
Series 2 won’t refer back. New story new cast.
