There’s nowt as …

The media, and the irrelevance that is John Swinney, are insisting that Kate Forbes has destroyed herself by opening up about her religious views, which are, let’s say, traditionalist. However the media will not have votes in the SNP leadership election, and Swinney will only have one. What does the silent majority believe? We’ll find out when their votes are cast.

On the positive side, you’ll have plenty of ammunition for your next novel.
    Can I suggest the title:-
    ‘The False Flag Epidemic’

I’m becoming more and more impressed with Ash Regan.
OK there are a few rough edges that could do with ironing out but I feel her honesty and commitment shine through.
If successful she will have a powerful support team albeit a left of centre bunch.
She has past experience with Common Weal who’s campaign slogan ‘All of Us First’ was I believe pinched by the US Democrats.
I know it’s a very long shot but, as George Reid came out of retirement to campaign against Brexit, could you not be coaxed to join the Regan team to help provide invaluable experience and balance?
Well if you don’t ask, you don’t get lol

Problem being that while I am pro-independence, I am not a member of the SNP.

As she has also expressed an interest in letting bygones be bygones and working with Alex Salmond (love him or loath him) and other pro independence bodies, I somehow don’t think not being a member of the SNP would be unsurmountable
