Coming soon: in the wake of Dangerous Pursuits, the free re-working of the first Oz Blackstone novel that’s riding high in the Amazon chart, look out for a new Bob Skinner short story in e-book form. It’s called A Hint of Death, a precursor to the forthcoming Hour of Darkness’; it’s due for release on April 10, and for a limited period, it’s also free.

First of all, thank you for doing this, I can’t imagine how you manage to rewrite a story that we all know and make it “a thundering good read” again. Bravo! Free books riding high in the Amazon charts is great for us but maybe not so great for you although people keep talking about “exposure, exposure,” can’t be bad, I guess.
Wish we could get this in the US.
